At ARCINA ORI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a digital gift card for the full purchase amount will be issued to your email.
